Our goal for every euthanasia is to provide a calm, tranquil passing for your pet in your own home. We understand that the right time may not always be during regular business hours. We strive to be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for you and your family. Many times making a decision regarding when the time is right can be very difficult. Our prices include a quality of life phone consult, the house call, a physical exam, euthanasia and a clay paw-print. For a more detailed description on what the visit entails please click here. The prices below do not include after care.

Private Cremation (Ashes Returned) :
Price includes traditional oak urn with a brass name plate and delivery of the ashes to your home by our doctor within three to five business days. Decorative and custom urns are available for purchase. Please see Family Pet Memorial’s website for more information on custom and decorative urns and keepsakes.
