We are offering the ability to request and view available appointments online. Please select a scheduling window that will work for you. We will review your appointment request and reach out within 3 hours during normal business hours to confirm. Once your appointment is confirmed, we will reach out 24 hours prior to your selected scheduling window to confirm a specific time. If you do not see an appointment listed on the day you need please call as we may have availability that does not show up online.
Online appointment requests are available for families located within the locations listed below. We service many areas that are outside of these areas. For any location other than what is listed below please call so that we can make sure we have adequate drive time to reach your location.
Greater Spokane Area: Includes locations within the following city limits (5 mile, 9 mile, Indian Trail, Spokane Valley, Downtown, Hillyard, Shadle, Liberty Lake, Otis Orchards, Millwood, South Hill, Colbert, Mead, Deer Park)
CDA Area: Includes locations within the following city limits (Post Falls, CDA)
North Idaho locations: Include locations within the following city limits (Rathdrum, Hayden).
After Care: If you need an aftercare option please indicate so during the scheduling process. We work with Loving Paws Pet Loss Center a local cremation service and will coordinate with them to be there at the time of the appointment. Please be advised that occasionally due to other pick-ups or drive times you may have a 15-30 minute wait with your pet prior to the cremation service arrival.
Scheduling windows: Please select a day and scheduling window that will work for you. We will text you 24 hours prior to your appointment with an exact appointment time that falls within the selected scheduling window. Scheduling windows are used to allow us to account for adequate drive times between appointments and to group appointments by location. If you need a specific time during a scheduling window please call us directly and speak with our client care coordinator. Once an appointment time is given please allow 15-30 minutes on either side of the appointment time to allow the Doctor some flexibility for traffic and changes in drive times.
