Collection of Phone Numbers: We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example during inquiries, or when scheduling an appointment. You can opt in or out to receive SMS messages on all contact forms/appointment schedulers on our website.
How do we Collect Information: All information is collected directly from you (the customer/client). Phone numbers can be given to us by calling or texting or via an online scheduling form or email.
Use of Phone numbers: Phone numbers are only used for ease of scheduling, answering client questions regarding our services, confirming appointments, or scheduling, canceling or rescheduling upcoming appointments. Phone numbers and texting are not used for promotional or marketing purposes. Phone numbers are never sold or provided to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier.
Sharing of Personal Information: Customer/client information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. We use Grasshopper to send all communications to users who have opted in. When requested by the client either verbally while scheduling an appointment via phone or via our online scheduler information including phone number, address, name and pet information may be shared with Loving Paws Pet Loss Center LLC www.lovingpawspetlosscenter.com for coordination of body care and pickup. This supports essential business operation to ensure that aftercare services can be coordinated and scheduled. This information is only shared when directly requested by the client. We coordinate with Loving Paws Pet Loss Center LLC as a courtesy to our clients for coordination of aftercare/body care. This information is used only for the essential function of coordinating body pick-up only and cannot be used for any other purposes. If no aftercare is requested or should a client make arrangements for aftercare on their own no information will be shared with Loving Paws Pet Loss Center LLC.
Opt-In or Opt-Out of texting:
All of our online communication forms and appointment schedulers will give you an option to select opt-in for text messaging or you can select opt-out to not receive text messages from us.
To Opt-Out of Texting you can:
-Texting “Stop” to opt-out
-Texting “Quit” to opt-out
-Calling us and speaking directly to us or leaving a message to “Stop texting”.
Privacy of Phone Numbers:
Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your phone number to another party.
